First Edition Thus/First Printing, 3 Volume Set of Dos Passos' "USA Trilogy" (The 42nd Parralel, 1919, and The Big Money); All books in Fine/Near Fine condition. A remarkably well preserved set of this trilogy, called one of the 100 best English-language novels of the 20th century. This is the 1946 reprint edition from the Riverside Press, Cambridge, that follows the original publications in the early 1930's. All books in Fine condition with only trivial shelf wear; all jackets in near fine condition with mild fading to the spines of Volumes I & II, a short closed tear to the bottom of the front flap of Volume III, and some light rubbing to the edges of all 3 volumes. Missing the original slipcase. A highly collectible set of this trilogy, scarce in this condition and all together. Not remaindered, not ex-library; will ship securely wrapped in a sturdy box.
