Bound in one quarter calf over pebbled cloth boards with 5 raised bands at the spine with gilt titling and decoration. Both volumes are in VERY GOOD condition showing the spines and hinges sun toned, corners and bottom extremities with marginal shelf rubbing, a former owner stamp neatly at the front endpapers, otherwise the bindings are strong and tight, the text-blocks are clean and unmarked, and the boards remain distinct.
