Condition: Fine. Will be sandwiched securely between stiff layers of cardboard and shipped the next business day.

Cheif Medical Examiner/Coroner. [incorrect spelling] - Then there is a Two page Investigator's report. - Gives you the following information: Précis - INFORMATION SOURCE. - [L.A.P.D.] - SYNOPSIS: The decedent arrived from New York, and stayed with a friend and she was the one who found him unresponsive in bed and phoned an ambulance. - INVESTIGATION: The decedent had a history of epilepsy and been treated for phlebitis. His hostess thought he was sleeping throughout most of the day and kept checking on him but eventually thought something must be wrong and she discovered his unresponsive. The decedent was found lying on the floor alongside the bed, dressed in swim shorts and a sweater. There were several prescription bottles in the room, some were opened and spilled on the floor. There were several empty glasses in the room and one appeared to have had milk in it. No evidence of external trauma and no notes were found in the room. - IDENTIFICATION: The decedent was identified by his business manager Mr. A. Bernstein at scene. - MEDICAL EVIDENCE RECORD: Valium, loose tablets, Codeine tablets, Capsules, Samples of liquids from the glasses, Empty pill vials, Lists of drugs etc. - PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION REPORT: Covers Rigor Mortis. Temperature. Livor Mortis. Date and Time of death [if known]. Physical Description. Age 59. Male. Heavy. - AUTOPSY REPORT: Consists of 5 pages. - Anatomic Findings: FATTY METAMORPHOSIS OF LIVER. - Anatomical Summary. External Description. Evidence of Injury. Internal Examination. - NEUROPATHOLOGY REPORT. Four Pages. Mainly about the brain of Truman Capote. - MICROSCOPIC REPORT: Two Pages. Heart. Lungs. Liver. Spleen. Pancreas. Kidney. Prostate. Stomach. - MEDICAL REPORT: One page. Says is was a natural death. - REPORT OF TOXICOLOGICAL ANALYSIS: Fifteen Pages.
