Hardback ---- SUMMARY Par rapport à d'autres centres, la production d'ouvrages imprimés en grec commence assez tard à Rome, dans la seconde décennie du XVIe siècle, et, à ses débuts, cette production est peu abondante. La première uvre connue est l'Operetta bellissima da imparare la lingua greca ['Petite uvre très belle pour apprendre la langue grecque'] rédigée par Paolo Enea, imprimée en 1510 par Étienne Guillery et Ercole Nani. Jusqu'en 1526, outre l'Operetta bellissima, on compte dix-huit autres publications en grec. À l'exception de la réimpression des Erotemata de Manuel Chrysoloras, datée de 1522 et aujourd'hui considérée comme d'attribution incertaine, et d'une édition de la Consolatio ad Apollonium de Plutarque, sans date et sans colophon, mais très probablement issue de la même imprimerie, il s'agit des seize éditions suivantes　: sept éditions établies par le crétois Zacharie Calliergis (Pindare, scholies à Théocrite, Horae in laudem beatae Virginis, Thomas Magister, Phrynichos, Octoechos et le Dictionnaire de Guarino Favorino)　; cinq éditions issues avec certitude du Gymnase Grec de Léon X (dont trois, les éditions des scholies à Homère, de Porphyre et des scholies à Sophocle, ont été établies par Janos Lascaris et deux, les Geras spanion ['Don précieux'] et les Apophtegmes, par Arsénios [Aristobule] Apostolis), auxquelles il faut ajouter une édition sans date et sans notes typographiques de trois discours d'Isocrate　; deux éditions établies par Angelo Barbato (progymnasmata d'Aelius Théon et progymnasmata de Libanius)　; enfin, une édition de diverses uvres de caractère liturgique la dernière de la série, datée d'octobre 1526 établie par le crétois Démétrios Ducas. L'attribution à l'imprimerie du Gymnase Grec, qui publie de 1517 à 1519, d'une édition non datée contenant la Tabula Cebetis et d'autres opuscules d'auteurs différents est désormais écartée　; il convient plutôt d'attribuer cette édition à l'imprimerie florentine de Lorenzo Alopa et de la dater de 1495 environ. Cet ouvrage est consacré à l'étude des dix-neuf éditions imprimées à Rome de 1510 à 1526, en grande partie des editiones principes, et de l'édition florentine de la Tabula Cebetis. Toutes les pièces liminaires de celles-ci sont publiées, avec une traduction italienne　; chaque édition est accompagnée d'une présentation détaillée et d'un examen philologique visant à établir les sources manuscrites utilisées en chaque cas. À ce volume, édité par Concetta Bianca, Saulo Delle Donne, Luigi Ferreri et Anna Gaspari, ont collaboré Jean-Marie Flamand, Rosa Maria Piccione, Filippomaria Pontani, Antonio Rollo, David Speranzi, Giuseppe Ucciardello et Sever J. Voicu. Rispetto ad altri centri, la produzione a stampa in greco a Roma inizia piuttosto tardi, nel secondo decennio del XVI secolo, e ai suoi esordi non è una produzione numericamente ampia. La prima opera conosciuta è l'Operetta bellissima da imparare la lingua greca composta da Paolo Enea, stampata nel 1510 da Stefano Guillery ed Ercole Nani. Fino al 1526 si contano, oltre all'Operetta bellissima, altre diciotto pubblicazioni in greco. Di queste, eccezion fatta per una ristampa degli Erotemata di Manuele Crisolora del 1522, oggi ritenuta di incerta attribuzione, e di un'edizione della Consolatio ad Apollonium di Plutarco, senza data e senza colophon, ma molto probabilmente proveniente dalla stessa stamperia, si tratta delle sedici edizioni seguenti: sette edizioni a cura del cretese Zaccaria Calliergi (Pindaro, scoli a Teocrito, Horae in laudem beatae Virginis, Tommaso Magistro, Frinico, Octoechos e il Dizionario di Guarino Favorino); cinque edizioni certe del Ginnasio Greco di Leone X (tre, le edizioni degli scoli a Omero, di Porfirio e degli scoli a Sofocle, a cura di Giano Lascari, e due, il Geras spanion ['Dono raro'] e gli Apoftegmi, a cura di Arsenio [Aristobulo] Apostoli), alle quali si deve aggiungere un'edizione priva di data e note tipografiche di tre orazioni di Isocrate; due a cura di Angelo Barbato (progymnasmata di Elio Teone e progymnasmata di Libanio); infine l'ultima della serie un'edizione dell'ottobre 1526 di diverse opere di carattere liturgico, a cura del cretese Demetrio Duca. È ormai comunemente rifiutata l'attribuzione alla stamperia del Ginnasio greco, che pubblica dal 1517 al 1519, di un'edizione senza data contenente la Tabula Cebetis più altri tre opuscoli di altri autori, che va invece ascritta alla stamperia fiorentina di Lorenzo Alopa e datata al 1495 ca. Il presente volume è dedicato allo studio delle diciannove edizioni stampate a Roma dal 1510 al 1526, in larga parte editiones principes, e dell'edizione fiorentina della Tabula Cebetis. Di queste edizioni vengono pubblicate tutte le pièces liminari in esse presenti, accompagnate da una traduzione italiana, e vengono forniti volta per volta una dettagliata presentazione dell'edizione e un esame filologico inteso ad appurare le fonti manoscritte utilizzate.
