Super rare collection of male nude photos by expatriate Emil Cadoo, a New York artist who settled in Paris in the 1960's - brilliant photography inspired by an erotic poem by Modernist French writer Paul Verlaine. Deeply affecting images by Cadoo, all set on black pages with black backgrounds - mysterious and sensual work with Classical poses, both tender and forceful. A bona fide rarity and an unknown classic - my highest recommendation. Rarely offered. OCLC shows only one copy in American holdings.
