Primera edición de este importante tratado de caligrafía y enseñanza española que alcanzó notable éxito en su tiempo, escrito por Blas Antonio de Ceballos uno de los maestros más famosos que ha habido en España. El libro "está considerado como el primer tratado de historia de la educación escrito en español" (Gómez-Camacho, Alejandro, Biografías de maestros del Siglo de oro).
