November 2011, the Norwegian newspaper Morgenbladet released the list of the best Norwegian albums ever. The list was made by 100 Norwegian artists, who each made their Top10-list. The 10 first records from the list, were all celebrated by a book with famous Norwegian authors. The Aller Værste!'s "Materialtretthet" came 6th. "Materialtretthet" isn't just an album, it's an icon for Norwegian rock and new wave lovers. Yngve Knausgård depicts TAV!'s short and intense career. This is their only album and the story examines how the album became a part of the identity of a whole generation of music lovers all over Norway, including the author.
