The vehicles have become a very significant means of transport in which results into a huge number of cars that are owned in various cities, in turn traffic congestion and pollution leads. Among all the parking has become the sparking factor of the mentioned problems. This project represents various techniques as far as the intelligent parking system is concerned which are already implemented. In looking after this parking issue, big number of authors contributed a lot in monitoring Parking systems and management of Intelligent parking system but with more convergence time and higher load, In this project we concentrated on most important stage of Image processing to detect the total number of parking lots, occupied and vacant and the slot numbers of the filled and vacant can get more efficient and less load with low complex techniques, In this project we have computed the distance from the car to the nearest parking lot using Geo coordinates from building information services through wireless.
