A husband and wife team introduce young people to meditative prayer, which involves setting the body and mind to prepare for a spiritual experience with ready-to-use reflections and music. Meditation can teach our young Catholics that there is merit to learning how to focus and how to be prayerful, if but for just a few moments in a day. It offers them the opportunity to let their minds relax, to explore God's presence in all that they see and do, and most of all, to learn more about themselves and their relationship to God and the world around them. The meditations in this book are based on a number of key themes: - The Gifts of he Holy Spirit - The Fruits of he Holy Spirit - Advent - Lent - Religious - Myself and the World
